Location: John Zink Ranch - 9 miles north of Sand Springs on State Hwy 97
Sign in at gate and follow signs to range. Gate access begins at 7:00 AM.
Rules: Current NRA Highpower Rules apply.
Match results wull be submitted to the NRA for long range shooter classification.
An Empty Chamber Indicator is required for all rifles, as is hearing and eye protection for all competitors and spectators on the line.
Eligibility: NRA Open Tournament
Entry Fees: $15.00 Tulsa Red Castle Gun Club Members.
$15.00 for Non-members
$5.00 for juniors (18 and under). Limited coaching allowed for junoirs.
All fees include $4.50 NRA Registration Fee.
Entries: Pre and Post entries accepted up to 45 competitors. Entries close at 8:30 AM on day of match. Mandatory pre-match safety briefing at 8:30 AM.
First relay to the firing line aas quickly as possible thereafter.
Classification: NRA Classification System. Open Category.
Rifle Classes: SR - NRA Service Rifle utilizing service sights and sling.
TR - Any rifle utilizing Iron sights and sling.
TRO - Any rifle utilizing any sights and sling.

This list is a quideline for beginners and may be used as a checklist for seasoned competitors. It should not intimidate a beginner as all one NEEDS to compete is what is in the first part of the list. I competed in my first competition with my AR, 2 magazines and ammo, wearing a weightlifting glove and padded shirt. Do not be afraid of the distances.
