TULSA RED CASTLE GUN CLUB Military 200 Yard Off Hand Match

WHAT:	This match is intended as training in preparation for the National matches at Camp Perry in August in Ohio.
WHERE:	Tulsa Red Castle Gun Club's Highpower Rifle Range.
WHEN:	Matches start at 2:00 P.M., or at the end of the last relay of the Military Bolt Action Rifle Match, whichever comes soonest, on the 4th Saturday of each month beginning in January. Scheduled matches for 2008 are: January 26 March 22 May 24 July 26 September 27 November 22 February 23 April 26 June 28 August-Camp Perry October 25 Early Matches for 2009 are: Jan Canceled February 28

COURSE OF FIRE:

	50 rounds total at 200 yards on the high power range, allocated as follows:
	10 rounds Sighters 10 rounds Slow Fire Prone 10 rounds Rapid Fire Standing to Prone 10 rounds Slow Fire Standing 10 rounds Standing to Kneeling or Sitting Rapid Fire

CONDUCT OF THE MATCH:

The National John C. Garand Match Course of Fire will be observed for this match. The information can be obtained by going to the Civilian Marksmanship (odcmp.com) website. On the Tulsa Red Castle Gun Club high power rifle range there are 14 High Power targets. Shooters will be divided into 2 groups, with one group starting in the target setting area to set targets for the first group that will shoot. After the 50 rounds per shooter of the first group is accomplished, the groups will switch places and the rest of the shooters will shoot their 50 rounds. All together the match shouldn't last over 2 to 2½ hours. Slings are allowed for prone, sitting and kneeling. Shooting mats and sighting scopes are recommended. Shoots will be held except for rain or temperatures below freezing. Otherwise, we will shoot.

CLASSES:	Military Bolt Action rifles All Semi-Auto Military Rifles All Garands, M1 Garands, AR-15's All rifles must be in as-manufactured and as-issued condition.
