GENERAL ITEMS:
The following are items you should be aware of regarding the Concealed Carry Course:
1.   Make sure you have plenty of time to reach the class. Tardiness and absenteeism WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. You must be on time for the class and attend all the portions of the course. If you are late or have to leave the class, you will have to be rescheduled for a course at a later date.
2.   The SDA instructor may remove any student from the class at any time.
3.   If at any time any student demonstrates behavior in the classroom or on the range that the SDA instructor deems inappropriate or unsafe, that student will be asked to leave the class.
4.   Your pistol should be in good condition and operable. An SDA instructor will inspect your pistol before use. If the instructor deems the firearm unsafe, you will not be allowed to qualify with it.
5.   The maximum caliber allowed is .45. Do not use a derringer for your range qualification shooting, or you will have to take an upgrade course administered by a qualified instructor to carry anything besides a derringer. Same rule applies if you shoot and qualify with a revolver.
6.   Students must score 70% (11 of 15) on the written exam. If you fail, you will not be allowed to proceed to the range portion of the course.
7.   If you have to leave the course for a legitimate emergency, the instructor will work with you to resolve the problems and reschedule you for a later course.
8.   Dress appropriately for the weather conditions the day of the class as shooting portion of class is outside.
